December marks my favorite time of the year. Solace and peace seems to surround Winter and its varied holidays. It's a time when many families come together and when many people reflect on their trials and tribulations in life.
There is a secret though - that I share with my patients and friends that has always kept me going which is the secret of mixing PMA with Balance.
